Chargebacks are NOT accepted.

You understand and comply with the informations listed below included further changes. These changes might be done at any time without notice, please be sure to check everything before applying.

The artist has the right to share customer's commission WIPs on livestreams and social media unless the Privacy Fee has been paid.

The artist has the right to refuse the commission without any sort of explanation.

Claiming the artwork to be customer’s is FORBIDDEN.

Mass resale is not included in the commission price. The client may discuss about merchandising license and exclusive rights license with the artist

The artist has the right to raise the final price of the commission if it needs extra work in artist’s opinion. Any explanation will be given on the customer’s request.

The artist has the right to cancel customer’s commission if the artist does not receive any kind of response from the client within 14 days from last message the artist sent, unless the artist receives a legitimate reason from the client ahead of time. The client will receive an incomplete artwork depending on how much work has already been done or paid, or an art piece worth the money that have already been paid.

The artist will ask for approval for the following steps: sketch, lineart, colouring and check-up prior delivery.

After any step has been approved, the artist will proceed with the next one. Any edit after the approval of each step will be charged extra.

The artist will not specify a deadline as every commission is different and takes a different amount of time.

If a deadline is scheduled by the customer, the artist will reserve the right to apply a fee depending on the deadline date.

Rush order: If a customer requests a commission to be delivered in a short amount of time, the artist will apply a rush fee of 25-50% or more depending on the time window the artist has to complete the order and itscomplexity.

Credits must be shown in an easy to see place on every website the artist's work will be displayed on. Examples: Twitter and TikTok bio, Twitch about page, etc.

The commission quote obtained through the Commission Quote Calculator is not binding and needs to be discussed with the artist.

The customer will receive the .PSD file and/or the live2D runtime file only. Live2D (.cmo3) project file won't be delivered.

Sharing the artist’s art with AI training resources or use it for AI training purposes is strictly forbidden

Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies (AI), it will be considered an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and the standard fee per artwork will be charged. Exclusive rights price will be individually calculated by the artist. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.

All payments have to be made through Paypal or Wise.

All prices are in EUR (Payment services will automatically convert your currency)

Payment plans and payment splits are accepted. If the customer doesn’t respect the payment plan deadlines or delays the payment over 7 days the queue spot will be deleted and an incomplete version of the art piece will be delivered.

If the artist misses a detail that was NOT shown in the reference or noticed when the WIP sketch was sent and approved there will be an additional fee for editing it. Additional fees can go up to 50% of the full commission price. After a week from delivery, any other editing request will NOT be accepted.

Chargebacks are NOT accepted.

If a chargeback is requested direcly to Paypal even though the customer is not allowed to ask for a refund, the customer will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned artwork. The chargeback will be declined and Paypal will be supplied with the filed google form and the conversations between the customer and the artist as evidence that the artist has completed/is working on the work for the customer. The artist will have full rights to profit from the artwork anyway. Furthermore, the customer will be publicly blacklisted from commissioning the artist again.

Full refunds are not accepted, once purchased, the commission will be delivered. If the customer already paid and doesn’t want to complete the full purchase, two options will be offered:

If a payment plan was chosen and the artist didn’t start the commission yet, the customer can ask to work on the commission for how many steps it has been paid for.

If the artist didn’t start yet, the artist will offer the customer different commission type options worth the amount that has already been paid.

The customer has 14 days to express their right of withdrawal: a refund will be given if asked within 14 days from the purchase. To avoid scammers, a 10% fee will be charged. After the right of withdrawal has expired the commission is not refundable anymore.

It’s strictly FORBIDDEN to produce, sell or gift NFTs of the artist’s art.

No customer has the right to produce or sell the artist’s art as NFT.

Commercial license doesn’t allow the customer to produce or sell the artist’s art as NFT.

Any sort of NFT production, sale or alleged “possession” will be considered as theft.

The artist will NEVER produce any sort of Non Fungible Token, if an art piece will be found on any NFT website please report it to the artist’s attention through email or any other social media as soon as possible.

Once the commission has been taken, the customer's username will be added to the commission queue

The artist will contact the customer right before beginning the commission

The customer is welcome to ask for updates and the artist will be happy to reply as soon as possible, but the artist won't text the customer first unless updates (commission started/delayed/WIPs etc) are available

The artist will send three main kinds of Work In Progress (WIP) pictures to the customer: sketch, lineart and coloured picture: when a step has been approved by the customer, the artist will skip to the next. Once it has been approved, further changes on the previous steps will be charged extra.

Once the commission has been finished, the artwork will be delivered through email, wetransfer or google drive.

For rigging commissions, only the finished rigged model will be delivered (No live2D .cmo3 file)

Each commission takes a different amount of time to be delivered, so it's not possible to estimate in advance when a commission will be started or how long it will take to complete once started. Please check the commission queue for more info.
